Montclair Clinic

This project involved demolishing an existing two-story brick house and designing a new three-story wood-frame building to replace it.

This project is designed primarily as a medical clinic, with clinical and support spaces located on the ground and second floors. The third floor accommodates a residential unit, providing on-site living space integrated within the overall building program. The basement was designated for service functions, including mechanical equipment such as a boiler, as well as general storage.

The new structure is designed using wood-frame construction, with consideration given to functional layout, building systems, and the integration of clinical and residential uses within a single cohesive building.
