Residential Addition in Chelsea

This project involves a comprehensive interior renovation and a new accessible addition designed to connect seamlessly with the existing. The addition creates a flexible multi-purpose room to accommodate dance, teaching workshops, and other community uses, while providing barrier-free access and adaptable open space. The dance studio is designed for future conversion to a self-sufficient residential suite to create an intergenerational home.
